I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Austinburg for a family visit. The staff was excellent - friendly and prompt with assistance. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with recent renovations. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, close to family and other places we wanted to visit. Despite one negative comment, I would stay here again.
